i tried the Silverstars before. didnt like them... too "blueish" for me...
plus, ive heard lots of complaints about them burning out prematurely.

i like the Xtravisions.... definetly an improvement with them... :thumb:

I think HJ was posting the part numbers more than anything.

HJ, how are those HIR's working out for you.

I've had Silverstar high and low beam bulbs in the CC now for a couple of years with no problems. :D The light output with the Silverstars was noticeably brighter to me when I switched out the factory bulbs. 8) I personally think the bluer light looks much better than the stock yellowish light and the clarity at night seems better also. :wink:

Exactly right! I did end up buy Sylvania long life park/turn bulbs since they were the only ones I could find.

i have them in both our trucks......of the eight..only replaced one in two years!!!!
2004 S10 CC ZR5 4x4 >> traded for a 2006 F150 supercrew!!
