Newbie Question About Lights/Turnovers

Post by SonomaCrewCab »

This may be normal but I want to make sure.

During the day when my daytime running headlights are on I noticed they turn off when I put my turn signal on. Is this normal?

Yep, our Bravada does it as well.

My guess is it is done to improve the visability of the turns.

Chevy S-10 doesn't do it because the turn signal isn't right next to the high beam like on the Olds and GMC
