Flashing dashboard lights

Post by ZIGGY K »

All the lights on my instrument panel ,odometer, clock etc. flash from bright to dim and back again. The lights never go to black, but seem to flash in and out constantly. Volt meter at 14 ,good ground, battery terminals tight. Battery just a few years old. Any input would be helpful . Thanks,Ziggy

Probably a bad cluster dimmer switch.
