Installing Brake controler and 7 pin trailer harness

Post by Ken »

Has anyone verified if there is a preinstalled harness that will allow a quick connection for a brake controller (under dash) and a 7 pin trailer connector (at rear bumper)? I browsed the posts but did not find anything that was definative.

Thanks,

Ken

You can make it pretty easy. Connect to power for the e-brake controller, then another wire run all the way to the rear to connect to your harness. And one wire to the brake wire that is connected above your brake pedal. Its a pain but theres no quick way to hook it up with these trucks. Atleast mine didn't come with anything.
