How did those of you that added aux or fog lights get the switch wire
through the firewall?

I have run wires, and lines a couple different ways.

One is the antenna grommet at the top of the passengers foot well. Just below the top edge of the carpet.

The other is the big rubber grommet on the drivers side. It is in the upper left and accesses the engine compartment to the left and below the brake booster. I pierced the outer portion of it , inserted a long piece of welding rod (wire coat hanger would work) hook the wires and pull them through.

I found the rubber grommet on the drivers side below the brake booster,
however I was hesitant on cutting into it.

HenryJ thanks for the picture, I may try the antenna grommet.

I found a hole on the driver side fender & I have my
wire running through this hole and through another hole near the door hinges.

Just be careful when you pull the plug/grommet out of the hole on the passenger side. I've heard alot of people complain about wet carpet after running something through there and the plug not sealing well.

i pilled wires from the battery for my subs and i was able to run them through the passenger fender and then in a small hole to behind the glove box totally concealed and easy to pull behind the dash no muss no fuss if you want more info pm me and ill give you an exact but its the easiest way imo no cutting and no coat hanger magic
