Fog Lamp Upgrade

Post by NTXCrew »

I found some people (HenryJ) talking about putting a 55w bulb in the 27w bulb fog lamp spot. Is that okay? They went from a 881 to an 885...Is that like the 9006?

Eurolte & Street Glow make brighter replacement Xenon bulbs for the 881. I also found a pair on http://www.eurolights.com

I used the GM 55W bulb. There may be aftermarket available now.

Be careful not to go any hotter , I've heard of some who "browned" or burned the lense with higher wattages.
