Transfer Case vacuum line question

I need to replace the vacuum lines on my wifes mail truck. Some have already been spliced and it's time to replace all three.

Do the lines come out of the three port connector on the transfer case? More specific, can I take each individual line out of the rubber connector and replace each individual line with generic vacuum hose and re-use the rubber three port connector at the transfer case end.
