2nt fuel pump in 1 yr!!!

2nt fuel pump in 1 yr!!!

i put a new fuel pump in last summer now i have to put another one in again. its put me in the position that i have had to walk to work i love the truck its ablities and possibilties but this is getting out of hand 2 rear ends now running one out of a zr2 (wider stance) its only got 125000 miles on it

You are 45k miles ahead of me and I'm right there with you. I spent the extra$$ and bought a Delphi pump, so hopefully, I won't be installing another one any time soon.

I really need to keep an eye on my fuel level though. Today was the first time I have run low enough to see the "Low Fuel" light. 525 miles. I usually don't let it get much below half a tank. I guess I've been slacking.

thats the same brand that i have had. come to find out the pump i put in last year, was told it was the one i needed it was for a extended cab not cc there is almost 2 inches in height the ext cab was the shorter of the two and the lines and connections are backwards
