Post by badsix »

I have a 2001 cc I just installed a new radiator and oil cooler line, truck ran fine. about 3 weeks later i'm going around a curve and the motor starts running rough almost felt like it died. the next day i'm backing down a drive way and it dies had to restart it hasn't happened now for 3 weeks. I have changed the fuel filter about 3 months ago. and the tank was 3/4 full. no codes what's wrong

How is the ignition system? Cap and rotor? Coil?

Check your fuel pressure. It could even be the wires to the pump if it was ever replaced and somebody did a crap job changing the plug pigtail for the pump out. I had that problem with mine the wires were just twisted together with tape. The pump had a bad check valve and was crapping out anyways.
