Running different size tires on rear?

Post by Countryasian »

Got a question, would it be unsafe or stupid to run bigger tires in the rear of the CC? like 31's up front and 33's on the rear? just wondering :?:

It is going to be a problem. No only could you not use 4x4 due to the differing wheel speeds tearing on the transfercase, it will also wreak havoc on the antilock braking system. In an emergency and with caution an undersized spare tire can be used to get you home.
