z28 wheels

Post by mfulaytar »

I found a super good deal on a set of 4 z28 wheels. I just got new tires and cant afford to buy a new set however. are the stock s10 rims and z28 wheels 100% interchangeable and I can just have my new tires put right on these?

Check the rearspacing. Front and rear may be different by a large margin. Keep in mind that these were rear wheel drive and may have lots less rear spacing in addition to the width being greater. It may work with smaller tires, but if you are already close , that might be a deal breaker.

Put your front tire on a curb and turn it to where it is closest to the fender. Take a measurement and do the math to see if they will work :) Each truck can be a little different. Too many variables to give a canned answer.
