Measurements for Boise Springworks Kit?

Post by CGRob »

Hey Gang,

I have a very capable spring shop in my area and would like to look into having them fab a rear lift spring set up like the BSW kit. A while back I found a post somewhere that had the dimensions of each of the leaves in the BSW spring pack, and thought I book marked it, but now I cant seem to find it. I've searched and searched and no dice.

This post had all of the info I needed to take to the local shop to have the springs made. Does anyone remember the post I'm looking for and know where I can find it?

Thanks in advance!

From the modifications page linked to the logo up top: Boise Springworks kit

I don't think it has exact dimensions, but if you show it to your spring shop they should be capable of building the kit :)

Thanks for the info Brule!

I found that article, however the one I was looking for had actual dimensions and hole position of each leaf listed. upon further investigation, I realized that I found the info on Pirate4X4.com. I was thinking the article was here because it was written by our very own Stucky. Anyway, I will post that info below in case anyone is interested.

Whoopsy!

Not sure why I posted it there and not here, but I'm glad you found it. I'd have to look for them, but I'm not running all 3 springs anymore. I'm now soa, pretty sure I have the longest from the kit still in the truck. I'll measure the arch on them when I get a chance.
