custom corners with fogs

is there anyway to cut a hole in these so that the fog light bulb can go in? or would i have to completely get rid of my fog lights?

Buy a headlight and turn signal set if you are going that direction. Try to buy from a reputable dealer, also. I bought a pair of crappy taillights off of ebay and they leaked water every time I took my truck through the car wash.
