Corner/Parking lights clear?

Post by microsvc »

I am looking for a set of clear or smoke corner lights for my CrewCab, I have the factory fog lights. Anyone have a set or know where I can get them? Ebay doesn't have them. My current ones are yellowed and pitted. Thanks!

They quit making those clear corner lights years ago, once in a while you will find a set on ebay and they go for at least $100 still.
Our only choices now are removing the fog lights and running clear corners without fogs, or finding a set of clear corners with built in fogs (they can be hard to find too). I am trying to find a set with built in fogs - but I have not searched in a while :)

If you see those anywhere, post it here. 8)
I don't care if the fog light is built in or not. I have found orange corners with built in fogs, but haven't seen non-orange, which I prefer.

Well if you don't care about the fog lights then you can pick up any clear corner set which is always available like these:

If I find a set of clear corner lights with built in fogs I will post link here!

Are you talking about just the orange relfectors on the corners or the orange for the whole turn signal? You can get something like whats above and just remove the orange reflectors. I used to run stuff like that on my older cars with all Amber LEDs. Now I just got these for my truck in smoked black, they also come in clear. The LEDs are bright and work well. But my units needed to have some extra RTV put around the seals as they were not sealed together well at the factory and came apart with engine heat.

I'm looking for that with the fog lights since the truck has fog lights that I use.

They dont make it. What I did with mine is it came with the "fog lights" they are really driving lights, because they are above the bumper line. Im connecting a relay to one of the pigtails for the "fog lights" and putting a set of actual fog lights under the bumper in the holes where my tow hooks were. Eventually they will get moved to my push bumper when I get that.

I know they are more like driving lights, but I already have driving lights installed next to the tow hooks. The more lighting the better, especially where I currently live, where street lights are few and far between.

I never found that the stock driving/fog light things did much of anything. I have been driving without them for a year now and I dont really miss them. The only time they seemed to have any potential was off roading and in snow covered areas.
