Leak???

Post by PATRICKH »

What would be leaking on the passenger side, just under the seat? Noticed a wet area on the torsion bar when I was changing oil.

Short on time and have not had time to look.

Brake lines? I know the fuel line runs down the driver side, but does the return line run down the pass. side?

More than likely it would be condensation from the inside of the exhaust system.

If it is coming from the interior, either water trapped from a leak or the dreaded heater core leak. Either of those would have wet carpet as a symptom.

A picture would help.

Is it water or oil leaking?

If it's a red colored oil it could be the transmission overflow tube.

Got back under today and looked. Nothing there. Cool beans. Thanks for the answers.
