Well, im sure theres more experianced folks will be along shortly. But let me take a stab at it.

#1 You said it have new coolant, did you flush the system?

#2 is the coolant at proper levels, and no leaks?

Im thinking if those are good, maybe the water pump? but i think when the water pump goes bad, youll know it???? (aka, coolant every where)

Thats my attempt at this problem, but some more experianced folks should be along shortly.

Check your clutch fan and consider an extra capacity radiator.

I don't know what kind of driving you do but the first place I would start is the area between the radiator and the AC coils. Take the top half of the plastic shroud off. Three bolts on top, two on each side midways down. Clean all the bugs, pine straw, grass, weed pollen ect. out and wash it good.

It may not be your problem but it's a cheap place to start.

I do this every spring.

New doesn't always mean good.

Check for debris build up between the AC condensor and radiator too.

I have the extra capacity radiator and if I run the a/c in traffic, I too have the same issue. I can only run the a/c at higher speeds. Another solution would be to get used to running with the windows down if it doesn't bother you too much.

My electric fans do a good job of cooling at low speeds.

How hot is it really getting. Puking coolant to the expansion tank? Is the clutch fan locked and sounding like a jet engine? Don't trust the stock gauge to give an accurate reading. It may not be as hot as you think.
