whistling noise just be for shifting

i have a 2003 zr5 and just before it shifts there is a whistling nosie. anny one know what is making that nosie. the only thing iv done to the motor is but a knn filter in it but it was doing it befor i did that

Do you have a tb spacer installed? Are all the intake hose clamps tight? Did you reconnect the PCV tube on the back of the tb intake tube/hat? Is your belt slipping? Is the alternator making a whistling/whirring noise?

Get a Gatorback belt. Mine quit after I changed belts.

alli did was change the filter. but it was doing it before i did that ill try to see if i can change the belts
