Most people average about 15 mpg. When I had my CC I averaged 16-17 mpg with a best of 21 mpg and a low of 14 mpg.

My 02 gets 18.5-20 highway. That's with a grill guard, camper top, and around 200 lbs of tools in the bed.

Not sure of the city mileage though.

Ive got an 02 w/ fiberglass topper. All freeway driving I average between 19-21 during the summer. And with mostly city driving I average about 15-16. I'm running an aggressive A/T tire as well. Goodyear Duratracs. Trucks got 69k on it.

Mine is an 02 with 150K strictly stock with a brush guard and was getting 20 hiway and 16 city until August this year when the front pump bolts blew up in the tranny and screwed up the torque converter.

With the tranny rebuilt and new torque converter it looks alot less than above. I am going to the mountains in the morning and let you know what mine is//

Just got back from the mountains in eastern Oklahoma. Got 20MPG's on the first tank which was all interstate driving at 75mph with a crosswind of about 30mph and the AC set on Bi-level. Through the mountains and off road in 4Hi I got around 18mpg's.

Not bad for a strictly stock truck with 150K miles on it..

My 01 gets anywhere from 9 in the winter warming up to about 12-13 around town, 20-21 highway.
